I believe that mother nature has an answer for everything. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, oils, teas, honey and most of your kitchen cupboard can all be as equally beneficial on the skin as the inside of your body. Ok, I admit it. I have been a fan of pampering myself for as long as I can remember. Who isn’t? And I have bought literally thousands of products over the years from face creams, body scrubs, shower gels, cream hair removals, even nail polishes.. you name it, I have probably used it at some point!
